The property looks pretty old but it’s ok staff was nice breakfast is the same thing every day they should change it. I read some reviews that said that there is no hot water but there was overall I can’t complain.

It was terrible! The hotel sucks! One day without lights, other day with no hot water. And I had to pay for it. Jesus! The hotel looks like the Hollywood Tower Hotel! Stay away from it!

Mi experiencia vivida durante mi estadía en su hotel, lamentablemente, el servicio recibido estuvo muy por debajo de lo esperado: La habitación nunca fue limpiada durante mi permanencia. La caja fuerte se encontraba dañada e inutilizable. Las instalaciones de la habitación eran antiguas y poco confortables. El desayuno fue repetitivo, exactamente el mismo todos los días. En cuanto a la piscina, se nos informó que el horario de uso era hasta las 20h30; sin embargo, a las 19h00 apagaron las luces sin previo aviso. Al día siguiente, al exigir una explicación, nos indicaron que se encontraba cerrada por mantenimiento, lo cual no fue comunicado oportunamente. Todos estos inconvenientes generaron una experiencia insatisfactoria y decepcionante, conociendo que son un hotel de 4 estrellas.

La ubicacion caminando 5 minutos estas en la playa copacabana y del centro comercial, Lo que no nos gusto fue que no hay tv de cable solo canales locales y muy pocos El desayuno nada variado todos los dias dan lo mismo Instalaciones ya viejas ,se nos descompuso el baño y no tienen personal de mantenimiento las 24 horas

Custo benefício ok! Conforto bom, cafe ruim!

O hotel em geral eh antigo, mas o quarto que ficamos foi otimo, grande (pegamos suíte pra 4 pessoas pq o preço compensava, mas estávamos em dois), ar condicionado funcionando, limpeza ok, cama confortável! Ponto negativo foi café da manhã, bem simples ( café, leite, 2 tipos de suco artificial, ovo, salsicha, 2 tipos pães salgado, 1 doce, 2 tipos de bolo (ruins), granola, corn flakes, 3 tipos de frutas) somente isso! 3 dias de café da manhã iguais (somente 1 dia teve batata doce e iogurte). No geral qualidade ruim! Vale o custo benefício, pela localização do hotel, só!

O atendimento foi ruim na recepção. O quarto estava em condições ruins, parede descascada, haviam tomadas que não estavam funcionando. Cafe da manhã bem simples. O preço não condiz com a entrega proposta.

Hotel sem conservação

A localização é excelente, entretanto as condições físicas do hotel são péssimas, haja vista a falta de conservação, desde a recepção até os locais de trânsito interno e os quartos. Torneiras pingando, fachada da recepção sem o nome do hotel, sujeira nas paredes da recepcao. Vasos entopidos...afff..são tantos pequenos detalhes que a gerência resolveria com pouquíssimo investimento.
