"I like the restaurant and space all around. What I did not like is that the roof top was closed so there was no space to sit outside for fresh air even if the pool was closed, they need to put some tables and chairs so people can enjoy the view or get some fresh air."

"Se você está procurando um hotel simples e confortável, o Eko é assim. Desde a chegada até a saída, sempre fomos bem atendidos. Funcionários muito atenciosos. Eu e minha esposa viajamos seguidamente para POA e o Eko sempre é escolhido. "

"Plaza são Rafael used to be a high standard hotel in Porto Alegre. It is sad and disappointing to see that the rooms are very outdated. AC doesn't work well, WiFi is very spotty, tv is not smart, it is very small and has terrible reception of the few channels available.
It seems the cleaning standards are lacking I was in a non smoking room but there was a cigarette butt sitting on the window during my whole stay. Elevators are noisy and old and the breakfast is good but not near impressive as...

"This is a well staffed and professionally operated property. Buffet breakfast with many options. Restaurant serves lunch and dinner. Food is excellent and reasonably priced. Service and Wait staff also excellent.
My only complaint is that building is old and in need of some maintenance and upgrades. But having said that, I would happily return to this property."
"Pillows were stained, and smelly, sheets had hair and room service was non existent, breakfast was always the same items, loud air conditioning. Also everyone hears everything outside the rooms due to poor insulation on walls. Overall a poor experience. "
