It’s very dirty.. My kid took a bath in the bathtub, but when the water filled it up the bathtub, there are bugs floating up and there are hairs came out of the drain. Room service doesn’t start until 7 am which is different from all the five star hotels we used to stay in with 24 hours from service. You can move to the open dining space 3 floors up where you can wait with no water or service. The room was spacious and free snacks in the mini fridge did improve the mood. The blackout curtains were amazing for adjusting to the time change.
