"Clean room nicely laid out. Friendly staff. Good quality bedding. Twins beds exceptionally small. TV kept freezing and pixelating. Housekeeping were hoovering at 8 which disturbed our sleep and was ridiculous time to be hoovering. "

All staff we dealt with were extremely helpful, courteous and we loved the sense of humour of the male member of staff greeting us at breakfast. "Staff were excellent. We were offered a free room upgrade, but it was really small. The room smelt as if drains were blocked, and the shower didn't drain quickly. It was extremely hot throughout the night. The gym facility was in excellent condition. Sadly we never experienced the spa. "

We had another couple stay at the same hotel at the same time paid less and they was offered a bigger room on arrival and free parking. They had a bigger room for free and they paid less and they was celebrating me wife’s 40th which was disappointing. Other than that it was a Nike clean today place and staff was welcoming "
