"Upon check in at this property, there were signs of a cockroach infestation and a live cockroach was seen in the kitchen. The apartment also was not clean. I chose not to stay at the property due to concerns over safety and cleanliness and the "owner" Jasmine only refunded a portion of the rental fee. "I spent several days in Turlock to visit family and this place was just the right size for one person; very spacious and comfortable. The neighborhood is safe and quiet. Marcus responded promptly to my questions.The only slight correction I would make to the description is the location is closer to the Cal State campus at the north end of Turlock, rather than the hospital. But not a big deal, as the town is small. "

"That being said, my relative and I really enjoyed our stay here. It's a very nice neighborhood people are friendly(neighbors) And the hosts of this home made it very welcoming and pleasurable.
