"Clean rooms, staff was super attentive and friendly, but I would argue overworked for how busy this place is, pool was fantastic as was the huge hot tub. Breakfast good. Pet and kid friendly."

"Room was clean and spacious. Check in process with Lisa was great and quick. The kitchen for late night service was short staff was not able put in order as the wait time was hour wait. In the evening call front desk no one available, the pull of sofa had no bedding call front desk from room phone twice with no answer, then call the hotel directly from my cell phone and someone answered and we had to go down to front desk to get the bedding. Free drink were nice perk and food for the happy hour. "

"I was told I was going to have a bathtub in the king suite and there wasn’t one.. the only reason why I paid that much for the room. In the room, half the lights did not work. There was only 1 roll of toilet paper. and there were sticky wet spots all over the carpet in the room. Also the stick to pull open the blinds broke off. The bathroom wasn’t cleaned properly and the water from the shower made my ears itch. "

"Parking lot for hotel is a bit far away they do have cute little shuttles that will pick you and take you to your car. Staff was great. Clean hotel, clean room and casino was nice. "

"The room was very clean, but there was black mold around the water spout in the tub. The existing caulk just needed to be redone. The TV did not work because the receiver box was plugged into the wall behind the TV stand so we had to move furniture in order for the remote to communicate to the box. The volume did not work so anything we watched was blaring loud. The continental breakfast consisted of cereal only, so we ended up having to find somewhere for breakfast. The lady at the front desk was very kind and helpful, but this hotel needs some upgrades."
