“Check in was quick and easy, the clerk was friendly and helpful. The main entry is very large and was always clean. We were in the Wolf Tower and the room was wonderful! The room was spacious and comfortable. I appreciated the larger fridge but missed the microwave. Another chair besides the desk chair would be nice too. The bathroom supplies were very nice and appreciated. I tried the coffee machine on the first floor and it was pretty good! Lots of selections! I tried to go to pool……

“We have stayed at this hotel several times but it now is owned by Wyndham. They did renovate the guest rooms which seem larger and have more of a suite type feel but the one thing that really needs to be addressed is the lighting in the rooms. We had two rooms rented, both did not have any overhead lighting in the kitchenette area, living area and the sink area of the bathroom, just lamps throughout. Other than that, it is a nice place to stay, reasonably priced, we would definitely come……

Very rude about it & never offered to help clean up the mess with a mop & bucket then instead. Not impressed. Not good customer service. ”

“Pool area is small and enclosed, the chlorine was intense, I had to step out twice while my kids were swimming because my eyes were burning. Our room did not have enough towels, I called the front desk to ask for more, they were kind of rude about it and I had to leave my kids in the room and go to the front desk to get more even though two people were at the front desk, and they were just standing talking to each other.
