Overall my check in to the location went flawless and I was able to relax within my assigned room within 15 minutes. My room was clean and comfortable and gave me easy access to the near by eating establishments.

We had a slight problem with the tv in our original room, so we had to turn to the office staff for help. Thankfully, they were so kind to relocate us into another (better) room with a working tv. The Pizza Hut was walking distance to pick up our dinner

This is one of my favorite properties to rest my head and be at peace! They have an amazing staff! The rooms are so comfortable and clean with DirecTV. Very good clean safe environment, I highly suggest Desert Inn! Ask for Bob he's a great manager!

I stayed here for two nights for a bike use in the area. There was plenty of parking and I was able to get a spot close to my room. The room was clean, but I wish there had been a warmer blanket on the bed as it was a little cold. The heater worked well, but is noisy. Overall, it was a good place to stay.

Old seedy motel, good management

It's clear this is an old motel, not built very well. The rooms are large and the TV is good, but the motel has seen better days and the walls are paper thin. My neighbor played his TV until midnight and I could every word being said. On the plus side, the current owner is working hard to make the motel as good as possible, given what he has to work with.

Ride Central

The hotel was clean and efficient. The hot water at the bathroom sink was slow to warm up, really only made it to luke warm. The shower, however, was nice and hot! The noise from the street, supposed to be expected. The room heater worked well. The managers addressed some shenanigans with other us quickly on Saturday night. I hosted a group ride with start and end location at the hotel. The managers did not give a fuss with the riders coming in late evening.

I highly recommend desert Inn they are so convenient ly located very clean! Very nice staff Eddie is the man very funny and helpful... They're cool rooms comfortable especially cuz they have DirecTV I love it! They could update some of the furniture though that'd be amazing but above all highly recommend

Owner was rude and barely able to do his job. I ended up wanting to check in a day early - he could not comprehend what that ment because I booked online - which was the only way to make a reservation. My husband got sick and we had to leave a day early he refused to refund the last night on 2 rooms. There was no room service for a 5 day stay. The room was clean but the carpets were not. The beds were old and the pillows and blankets were a joke.

Every time I have the state of this property, the management has been accessible and friendly! Very easy check in process. And the room has always been clean and comfortable! Especially that they provide DirecTV that I love! I highly recommend this property to anybody that wants to just relax and it's very convenient with the freeways to go to wherever you need in regards to the inland empire LA and Orange county very convenient!
