Staff went above and beyond during our stay accommodating early check in and late check outs due to flight delays. Shuttle drivers were very friendly. Hotel was so clean.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Room was nice but not very clean. Floors had not been cleaned well. Great location, 1 block from Spectrum Center and 15 minute walk to Bank of America Stadium.
