The room was clean, breakfast really good with more options than other places. The only issue was that we did not we have to book 24 hour prior the shuttle to the airport and the front desk woman was not too friendly.

The room and bed were great. Upon arrival, I found a note on my door stating the property would be doing upgrades the week I was there and access to my room would be required by workers. When I called the front desk, the woman verified that was correct. I did express that wasn’t ok with me, I didn’t want workers randomly showing up and being in my room. The clerk became defensive and dismissive. It was rude and I didn’t appreciate booking a room and then showing up to the possibility of workers in my room. It felt like a pretty big ask. Just shut down what you need to renovate and don’t disturb your guests.

The room was very clean. It gave you a vibe of being at home. Also the secured parking is an added plus. It gives you the comfort to enjoy your time without worrying about your car.

I had a great stay at this hotel. The room was clean and comfortable.

Shower water was not hot enough. No one ever answered the phone at guest service.
