“My husband and I have stayed here multiple times and have always been pleased. It is clean, the staff are friendly and the breakfast is fine. Unfortunately though, my husband and I are getting older and had a difficult time getting our suitcases up the stairs. The facility does not have an elevator. If we stay here again we will need to request a first floor room.”

“Let me start by saying that the desk staff were polite and helpful- to an extent. BUT- do not stay here! 1. There were bugs (though dead) in the room. 2. The beds have a metal kick plate under them that makes a horrific noise! 3. There are soap and shampoo pumps in the tub, but no soap for the sink. 4. We stayed two nights- no housekeeping staff even entered our room- no clean towels, beds untouched, trash not emptied. The night clerk made a note with no apology and gave me clean towels, and……
