“Clean and quiet. Good location, just opposite to the train station and 15 min walk to the Rochester high street. Room is newly furnished and comfortable.”

“This accommodation is excellent. It is a converted boat which was built in 1839 and used as a floating lighthouse off the east coast of England. The owners are polite and helpful and are on site.”

“The room was a moderate price so I was not too surprised that it had a leaking shower and the bathroom door did not shut. The shower curtain was mouldy. Nowhere to put anything down in the bathroom as the only space on the sink had the liquid soap. The soap dispenser on the wall was not used. There was a kettle but no way to get clean cups once the two issued ones had been used. No breakfast available which was frustrating as the nearest cafe is a not very close.”

“All my needs were met, plus, there was a fridge with proper milk in it for me. Also some breakfast foods and yoghurt, cereal, fruit and all hot drinks with a kettle. I had everthing I needed and had two very good night's sleep. I met the cleaner in the morning and she was extremely friendly and made sure I had my supplies replenished there and then.”
