No Stairs for the "Dream home" to get in. Dream home is only 3 miles from Mayo/Gonda building and St. Mary's. 4 bedrooms and 2 bathroom are on the main floor. Four bedrooms have queen sized beds. Over 2,800 square feet for you to enjoy. Relax in a safe neighborhood. There are 0 steps to get into the home. Hardwood floors on the main level. We are only 1 blocks from strip mall, restaurants, and 8 blocks to Walmart grocery store. We also have 7 additional houses downtown if this one is full. A single-car garage is attached to the house. 2 spots in driveway for additional cars. Parking is allowed on the street.

The kitchen is equipped with a full size refrigerator/freezer, oven/range and cooking utensils, Keurig and regular 12 cup coffee makers, small electric appliances, a pot/pan set, baking pans, glassware, cutlery, Corelle dishware, plastic dishware for kids and a high chair. A basic selection of cooking spices and condiments is stocked in anticipation of your arrival.

There is a 'Smart' TV which has several apps to access YOUR personal Netflix, Amazon Prime, or other personal streaming TV accounts. There is unique trim work throughout the dining, living and office room. There is high speed wireless internet service available throughout the house. There are alarm clocks at each bedside. Please also check out the assortment of DVDs, board games, jigsaw puzzles, toys, and books for your use. There is central air and heating in the house. The bathroom has a full bath with shower. The master bedroom also has a Smart TV. There is high speed internet. Many guests work and attend school while staying with no problems.

In the basement there is a washer and dryer for you to use. There is an iron and ironing board available for you use.

No smoking is allowed in the house. Please use the back yard if you need to smoke. Pets are not allowed in the house, due to many people having allergies and medical issues. We have a rental certificate to rent this home legally to you.

Check in states 4pm but most likely we will be able to get you in earlier. We will send you a message through VRBO when the house is available for you.

Wedding in Rochester
Two families with adult children stayed in this rental for a wedding. There was lots of space to spread out. We appreciated having two tables for eating. Barstools and a kitchen table for hanging eating breakfast and drinking coffee and a LARGE dining room table for dinner. The finished basement was nice for the adult kids to hang away from the parents and provided and extra space for sleeping. Kitchen well supplied, water pressure good for showers. Location is nice for the little amount of exploring that we did. The runner in the group appreciated the trails nearby. This is not a brand new house, things are older but it was clean. The description mentions the stairs and there WERE stairs everywhere. The original architect of the house made a unique, split level floor plan. The young adults this was not an issue. For three of the four old farts in there 60's it was noticed.

No steps was great after surgery. Shower good in main bath. Maybe a dishwasher would be nice and less old scrubby tools laying around the sink. Great dining area. Heater/ thermostat worked very well. Good location to get to Mayo.

Son's Wedding
Our son was married in Rochester and even though we only live an hour away, we needed overnight accommodations. We had family coming from Des Moines, Phoenix, and California. This was so much better because we had additional time together. And it was the same price as the hotel they picked for one room (we would have had 4). Thank you so much for making a hectic time much easier.

10 minutes away from the Mayo Clinic! That’s why we were there. Plenty of space and the basement has a pool table and darts which my young adult children liked. Washer and dryer. Everything you needed was there. Even a keurig!! Which I needed! Great experience and we will surely book this home again on our next trip. It’s not a fancy place but who cares. It was nice and everyone was satisfied.

Great Family Rental for Mayo Clinic Visits
This is a great location for getting in & out of Mayo, close to shopping for just about anything, and a comfortable home for multiple people. There are 4 bedrooms, 2 full baths, living room with TV, family room with no TV, great internet, use your streaming services on the TV's, extra large additional TV in one bedroom, and fully equipped kitchen. And as a large bonus, the very nice owner was able to allow us to stay an additional night due to our appointment schedule changing. Thank you so much Jessica!

Very comfortable
This property was very comfortable and suited our needs perfectly. I was in town for some outpatient surgery at Mayo's along with two sisters. We had plenty of room to spread out and each enjoyed our own space. Very easy access from garage into the house which I needed because of the surgery. My two sisters said the beds were comfortable while I utilized the recliner in the living room. I was not able to use the bed but the recliner was very comfortable and I slept well in it. The location is excellent, very easy to get to and shopping was convenient for a few things we didn't pack. Easy commute to Mayo's and St. Mary's. The owners were great with communication and responded promptly. Even though the property is close to the highway, there was no noise and in a nice neighborhood. Would highly recommend this property if traveling to Rochester.
