“Noisy air conditioning and blow dryer didn't work!”

“Staff was wonderful, easy to work with. the bed for the most part was comfortable very, very springy. The downside of the room: there was an enormous gap in my door. I had to use towels and pillowcases to close up that gap safety lock barely caught into the latch and the deadbolt was a joke. The room smelled like grandma’s perfume was sprayed all over to hide cigarette smoke. The curtains were kind of crunchy feeling, I was afraid to open them. Amenities : lots of shampoos conditioners, lotion,……

“Room was disgusting. Meth addicts covered with tattoos all over their face sitting on the interior stairs like it a meth flop house. I was passing through with my wife and children and just needed a place to sleep. I walked in, checked the room, left the key card in the table and left. It was sooo bad that I didn’t even complain or try to get a refund, just ran away from this disgusting flop house.”
