Featuring a fantastic location right in Rockaway Beach, this abode is close to everything. Beach bums will love being right near the sand, plus there are several quaint bars, restaurants, and boutiques you can walk to from this home. Nehalem Bay State Park and Oswald West State Park, just a few miles north, offer many fantastic hiking trails and views, plus Tillamook Bay and the fantastic cheese factory are just a few miles south.

The interior of this home is ocean-friendly and retro. In the living room there's a sofabed, two arm chairs, and a flatscreen TV where you can watch cable or play some Blu-rays. Six people can share a meal at the dining table, and the well-stocked full kitchen invites you to cook your own food while you're here.

Both bedrooms have beautiful wood bed frames with queen-size beds that feel great after a day outdoors. With the sofabed, up to six people can enjoy this home. The enclosed backyard and patio will likely be your favorite place to hang out. There's also WiFi and a Blu-ray player for your use.

Perfect beach getaway.

Great views and easy beach access
We loved our recent stay here. The best part we like about this property is the easy beach access and pretty good views. Hosue is nice and clean and have everything you need. Except the kitchen may need a bit of a remodeling and the utensils could use an upgrade too. There is no dish washer and having one could save some time washing and drying the dishes. The outdoor area is nice and usable however it would be nice to have a shaded area and may be a deck, but those are not that big a deal. Overall, it was a pleasant stay.

Perfect beach getaway spot
This was the absolute perfect relaxed getaway spot for our family of 4. The space in the house was just right (the half bath really helps) and the entire house was immaculate when we arrived. My boys loved that the beach was at our doorstep and we even played a few of the board games provided during the inevitable Oregon rain showers. We walked to dinner each night, walked to the grocery store for breakfast and lunch supplies and visited a few of the local shops. The beach was our favorite part, but the wifi works great, too.

5 star Beach location
We loved this property, just steps away from the beach. It was spacious, comfortable accommodation, with stunning coastal views from the dining room, living room and main bedroom. We enjoyed an Easter egg hunt along the path to the beach, saw hummingbirds from the window and my 4 year old learned how to play Battleships from the well stocked games cupboard. A wonderful short Easter break for our family, highly recommended!

If you are looking for a quiet, clean home steps from the beach, look no further. Kitchen is well equipped and big enough to cook in, beds are comfortable and you are steps from the ocean. Great spot! Bigger than expected
This place was perfect for our family of three! (Two adults and a 6 year old) The second bedroom is connected to the main bedroom with a door, which made me feel better about our child being able to quickly find us in the night. There was a surprising amount of space in the house, especially the kitchen! I wish we had brought more groceries with us because the kitchen really was well stocked with items and the restaurants around weren’t the greatest. We LOVED being able to walk right out to the beach on our own private path.

The house is ideally located for quick access to the beach. Great house for 2-4 people if all family. Backside of house is showing signs of deterioration, could use some tlc, but nonetheless we enjoyed the patio and fire pit area, perfect for watching the sunset.

Wonderful cottage beach house
It's a1930's house where Grandma and Grandpa lived according to the history posted on the refrigerator door. It's been lovingly preserved with a few improvements made by the family who still own the house. Very cozy and clean inside. It is exactly as pictured. Kitchen is well stocked for cooks. There is no dishwasher (in keeping with the time period). I would suggest the one quart saucepan be replaced with new 1 & 2 quart pots with lids and the small fry pan be replaced too (unsightly burn marks). The beach is just steps from the house. You can hear the ocean at night. We stayed when the weather was still a bit cool and breezy, so didn't get to enjoy the small firepit and bbq area. Love the upholstered swivel chairs by the window and the bay window in the dining room. I wish the living room sofa had deeper seats. The master bedroom has a view of the backyard and ocean. The second smaller room is adjacent to the master and has no view. Bathroom is shared. Front yard has nice, bright seating area for morning coffee next to an old apple tree. Overall, this is a very pleasant house to stay in with direct beach access. I would definitely recommend.

The house was perfect for our family of 3. My husband came for half of the week and family from Vancouver sprinkled in the rest. I was prepared for rain, ended up being in the 70’s-80’s. It was AMAZING. So much closer to the sand than it looks on paper. The house was perfect and so was the weather. Will most definitely be back. Thank you!
