The open living area boasts two full walls of windows, allowing plenty of natural light to cascade into the cozy space. Relax on the sofa or chaise lounge chair and stream a movie on the smart TV. You’ll find everything you need in the well-equipped kitchen, featuring a full suite of stainless steel appliances. Handy extras include a coffee maker, cooking utensils, and cutting board. Just off the living area, a bistro table set for four offers a sunny spot to savor home-cooked meals or sip a fresh cup of coffee. Two patio tables with seats for eight offer a fantastic spot to socialize on the second-floor deck while enjoying the ocean views.

This rental is one of two upstairs homes in a triplex. It also shares the second-floor deck with the adjoining, yet separate, rental Seaside Escape 2 that may be occupied or can be rented separately.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
