Usually when staying here it is great. This time, however, there was nearly zero shampoo left in the shampoo bottle. I suppose not a big deal, but after a day of traveling the last thing I wanted to do was wait around for shampoo from the front desk. Another small thing - no jelly or orange juice at breakfast. Small, but bothersome nonetheless.

The property was poorly maintained and several features inside were broken…(and as others noted the pool and hot tub were not operational) It just seemed like lack of care overall but breakfast was good and staff were nice given what they had to work with….this reflects poorly on upper management not front line staff

Did not have a handicap shower available. The Only room offered had a tub/shower with bars. We booked the room because it had listed as an accessible shower. My husband could not step over the tub to use the shower, we needed the walk-in shower to accommodate his needs.

The grounds was all overgrown. The receptionist acted like she hated her job. The place wasnt very clean. Our room wasnt too bad. 8am the next morning someone knocked hard on our door and woke us up my husband went to the door and it was housekeeping seeing if we left yet or not. Keep in mind check out was at noon. We were not very happy. The breakfast was ok but nothing too exciting. I would not stay here again

Pool and hot tub were out of commission, I guess it wasn’t working for 3 days. They were out of Kleenex in the whole hotel and bottled water too.

Dirty, broken down, and cockroaches.
There was a cockroach in the bathroom, and the handle for the shower was loose and hard to control the water temp. The shower head was loose and there was a big hole in the shower wall where the pipe came out of. There was a towel and shampoo from a previous guest still in the bathroom. There was no coffee maker or hair dryer in the room. One of the beds made an waful metal scraping sound when I sat on it (broken box frame?). The staff were pleasant, but I would not stay there again. So many other options in that same area
