“Beautiful view of the river! Easy access to downtown and shops/restaurants. The jacuzzi was wonderful and a nice bonus! We’ll definitely stay there again if we’re back in the area.”

“Our second time here and there will be many more times I’m sure. Love this house! As you walk in there is a grand staircase , you turn and there is a living room with furniture befitting the era of the house. The grand piano is another great touch. The woodwork is amazing. That’s just the beginning as every corner of the house is full of beauty and grace of a time long gone by.Highly recommend!”

“Stayed here a total of 10 nights (2 reservations) while our daughter was at Hannibal Regional Hospital recovering from complications of a surgery. Since we were taking shifts & staying with her around the clock, it was the perfect place to relax, refuel & rest. Kitchen was very functional with a great gas stove & full size appliances.……

“Sally is a wonderful, welcoming host who has thought of & provided everything you might need during your stay. There was oj, water, and croissants waiting for us in the fridge. If you have the time to read on your trip, this is the place for you. It's like staying in your own private library.”

The history was interesting though. I like cats and they did not bother us. The cats seemed to be more comfortable than any guest. Our room was surrounded by bathrooms. We did not have to share the Jack and Jill bathroom but the one in the hall was as if it was ours, it was so close. The automatic light in the hall came on……

“Quiet place to stay right in the center of Hannibal’s historic area. Close to restaurants and attractions. Even has a private balcony that is nice to sit during a nice evening.”
