"Rented a 6 person cabin. This cabin is only a 4 person cabin. One of the showers came with a full head of hair in the drain and on the curtain. Notified the cabin owner about the hair and the bed situation. We were told she was on it. Nothing happened. We had to gonout to the store and buy air mattresses and clean the shower full of hair ourselves. When we spoke the next day to the property owner we told her that we brought air mattresses and clean the shower all we need is 2 extra towels. We...
