"Excellent stay"

"The person who checked me in was very unfriendly - didn’t return my greeting, wouldn’t make eye contact or answer my questions, didn’t give me any information about the property - just thrust my keys at me and pointed to the elevator. Another guest had to show me how to use my key to get to my floor. There was no clock in the room at all, and the phone didn’t work. The room was clean but everything looks really cheap and the whole place looks like it was built in two weeks. I had to run a fan sound on my phone because you can hear every hiccup from the hall. It’s cheap compared to other hotels but there are reasons for that, I guess. "

"Centrally located, plenty of places to eat or have a drink within walking distance. "

"They don't offer breakfast but the restaurant attached has the best food and service! Plus there's a little coffee shop that serves Starbucks and pastries."

"Good things: Hotel was very clean. Room was clean and spacious. Breakfast was pretty good. You need a key card to get into the hotel and to use the elevator, so it felt pretty safe. Not so good things: The lady that check me in was not very nice. I couldnt understand her, she would ask me a question and then start listening to other guests in the lobby and just stopped listening to me. It was like she zoned out. At one point she asked me my license plate number for parking and just stared at the other people in lobby for a good 2 minutes. But she was the only employee that i interacted with so i don't know how the other employees are. Parking is weird. And the bed is like a slab of stone, it was really really firm, which is fine if you like that, i just prefer a little softer bed. Overall it's a nice hotel, within walking distance to a lot of things, a little sketchy around the hotel but for the most part it was good."
