“距離大阪港車站很近，回去的路上都有便利商店很方便， 房間乾淨舒適，但有兩點我覺得可以在改善，1.枕頭過高會讓人不好睡。2.雖然有提供洗衣機，但卻不知道能晾在哪裡，這點就有些扣分”

“We stayed in the Family Suite with multiple beds, a kitchenette, and a city view. The suite was spacious, clean, and very comfortable for our family of six. It had three bedrooms with full-size beds, plenty of space for luggage, and a vanity area. The suite also had two toilets and two showers, which made getting ready much easier for our large family. Although we did not use the kitchenette, it appeared well equipped for preparing or reheating a simple meal. A washing machine and clothes……

“The hotel was hard to find. We could not enter the building until another person staying there let us in. We could not find the passcode to unlock the key lock box. I contacted Expedia several times and they did their best to contact the hotel owner. Took about an hour and the hotel staff finally came out and showed me how to enter the code and unlock my keybox. I realise there is a language barrier, but it was very frustrating when we were waiting in the hot lobby trying to contact someone.……
