“At check in we asked about dinner, they also have a restaurant. The lady at the desk said they were full and we could eat at a different place down the street. I then made a reservation at the hotel restaurant using a translator app, surprise there was lots of room for dinner. When we sat at 1930 for dinner there was only 1 other couple there. I think they don’t want Americans there maybe.”

“Our train got delayed and we called the hotel 10 times at 11:40pm to make sure we did not lose our reservations. They never answered. On the reservation page I read it did not do check out after 11:30pm. This hotel left us stranded and in the street and we got jumped by locals. We had to call the police and file reports. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone!!”
