Francesca was very patient with me and spent the time to explain multiple choices for transportation to Rome. VRBO was really close to multiple fantastic local resturants. It was really nice having a bathroom with a shower in each bedroom."

"This hotel was quaint in a quaint town. It is close to the train going into Rome. The staff were kind and knowledgeable. The room was very large."

"The owner and her staff are absolutely wonderful. We arrived later in the evening than their normal check in and a staff member was there waiting for us, as well as carrying our luggage to the elevator. The room was pristine and close to walking for delicoius restaurants and waterfront. We went to the restaurant that was recommended by the staff and it was excellent. Overall experience was a 10 out of 10 and we will definitely stay again."

"A pretty room in a beautiful house. Everything was immaculate and a lovely breakfast was served in a great dining area. The hostess was helpful and welcoming despite our lack of Italian. It was a great location to visit the archeological excavation of Ostia Antica, worth seeing even if you are not into that."

"Very nice pre-flight accommodation. Host was lovely, and accommodating, however the room had no window, and the walls were a bit thin, so some noise could be heard form adjoining rooms. We would stay again! "

"The staff and the property were very good. Comfortable bed. Quiet neighbourhood. Only concerns ... taxi driver hsd difficulty finding the B&B. Gps takes a back road? And there are no easily walkable restaurants. Owners did order pizza for us."

"The property was in a nice residential location within walking distance to the marina and loads of dining. Our room number 1 was a great size for the two of us. Only there one night but very comfortable. Breakfast wasn’t anything to talk about packaged buns and jams. Coffee machine was in the common area to share with the other room rentals. "

"The property was clean, safe, and a short distance from the train. You do need to climb a flight of stairs to reach the room and you are asked to pay a tourist tax, 2 euros/person/night (cash). The room is conveniently located to shopping and dining. The room is walkable distance to the cruise ships, approximately 2 miles. "

"Room was Very Clean and Comfortable. The Cafe/Bar closes at 10pm so the sounds quiet down after that. Cafe open at 6:30am for coffee!!! Otherwise you can hear people in the hallways and the doors opening and closing. We were there in the off-season (Nov.) so not much foot traffic or late night noise. Staff were very helpful, kind and spoke English. Thank you!"

"We enjoyed our stay here, there is a grocery store as well as a few eating spots within walking distance. The property was well maintained, and the staff was very welcoming. Parking was readily available. My biggest gripe were the beds, unfortunately they were very hard which made sleeping a bit difficult. Breakfast was limited but tasted great. "

"We arrived after a 120km drive from a villa in the hills to stay at a fun resort by the sea for our son including swimming pools. Guess what after hunting for them both pools were out of action which was neglected to be informed to us at booking and also at reception. The staff seemed to be unconcerend and confused this was a problem, our son however was very distraught."
