“We had night flight arrived Rome and arranged pick up in advance with the host, Mr Leandro. He gave us very clear details re our meeting point. Right after we arrived the meeting spot, he greeted us with his friendly smile. Upon arrival the guest house, he explained clearly incl breakfast, doors locks.. fire escape route as well. We felt very safe, clean and comfortable in this beautiful guest house. We could feel Mr Leandro is running his guest house heartily, punctuality and treat all the……

“The room was in great shape and the owner very nice. The breakfast would have been better with fresh items. It was all pre packaged processed food and no fruit.”

“Everything was great, the owners super nice, and helpful, the breakfast is homemade, and served by Gracia, an incredible woman. The only issue Im not giving a 5 stars was the shower. It is the smallest shower I have ever been, very hard to access, and kind of a hazard on getting out. Thats about it.”

“This property was fine for our needs; we needed a place to stay when landing at Rome airport and catching a different flight the next day. Check-in instructions were unclear and getting a hold of anyone to request an earlier check-in was near impossible. Once finally in the property, it was sparse but very clean and fine. The TV didn't work but that didn't bother us; it might someone else. I'm North American and the second "B" in B&B means breakfast; there was nothing awaiting us in the morning,……
