We booked 3 rooms for 6 people and in each room it was the same. All of us had tepid showers. :( There was no communication between the evening staff and the morning staff. We signed up and paid for 5 breakfasts and they tried to charge us again in the morning for 6 breakfasts :( On the positive side, it was super close to the cruise port and the shuttle to the port in the morning ran smoothly. There was a good choice of restaurants near the hotel.
