Good communication via WhatsApp before our trip. Room was clean and adequate, bathroom has no counter space. All rooms are upstairs. When we arrived the desk manager was able to take our luggage up on the chair lift, but we left at 6:30 AM when the office wasn't open, so had to move suitcases down the stairs. There is a restaurant onsite, but it wasn't open, so we walked about 3 blocks and found some adequate pizza."
