Rome-Floyd ECO Center Tours

This was a lovely place to stay-- once we found it. The check-in process is very unclear, even after completing the requested online check-in ahead of time. The address listed in the listing isn't the actual location of the property itself, but the office, so plan to be several miles away from where you think you'll be. Communication was terrible overall. We also didn't understand that a 10:00 check-out time meant delivering the keys to the office before that time and completing a checklist of tasks first. The property itself was wonderful. Our kids loved the loft, the scenery was great, the kitchen was well-equipped, and we would absolutely go back again -- especially now that we know where it is and can skip the hour of confusion about how to get keys and find the property. If the owners offered better communication in advance and better service on the phone, this would have been the perfect stay.

Bathroom door was not easy to close. Air conditioning was not working. We couldn’t sleep. Terrible experience. This cannot for sure be a 4-star hotel. I’ll never recommend this hotel to anyone.
