Very Important! Check your flight details. If your flight lands after 9 pm or leave before 11 am please do not book this property. We absolutely can not accept bookings that involve check-in or check-out between 11 p.m. and 8 a.m.
The apartment is equipped with all amenities, with two bedrooms and two bathrooms on two levels. The living room has wood paneling, with hand-painted ceilings depicting the history of architecture from the pyramids to the present day. All rooms are equipped with air conditioning. A kitchen cabinet equipped with everything you need to make kitchenette. The house is located a few meters from Piazza Navona, and in the heart of the historic center. From here you can easily walk to all the main monuments, churches and places of tourist attraction in the capital. A leisurely walk through the Baroque palaces and Roman ruins can be reached in less than half an hour, the Vatican, the Sistine Chapel, the Vatican Museums and St. Peter's Basilica.

This is a beautiful, artistically appointed apartment in a historic building just a block from Piazza Navona...the best area to stay in all of Rome. Very close to everything and an easy walk to the historic center and great restaurants galore. But a completely quiet street away from the tourists crowds. Manager was super helpful and warm...arranged a great dinner reservation for us.

Great Rome vacation spot

Truly enjoyed our stay at this lovely home. The location was great for easy walking to many popular sites, food and shopping. It was just as described and in a quiet location.

Just a block from Piazza Navona. Groceries available nearby. Many shops, restaurants, and gelato within 2 minute walk. 8 minute walk to the Pantheon, 5 minutes to bus stop. Less than 1/2 hour walk to the Colosseum in one direction and Vatican City the other.

Roma in 3 Days

Great spot to stay. Just as posted Roberto’s place is near many attractions. He arranged for our from airport taxi and to port taxi. It was an easy stress free trip. Lots of walking. We would recommend this VRBO. Great host.

Great location, pleasant stay

It’s very spacious apartment, very close to piazza Navona. I liked the charm of internal courtyard. It’s relatively quiet for a big city center, beds are comfortable. Please be aware that master bedroom is located upstairs within apartment. I would definitely recommend this apartment.

We had a wonderful stay in Rome - this apartment had charm and authenticity and was perfectly located. But even better was the help from Karina with a dinner reservation and local recommendations. We enjoyed our time in Rome!

Great place to stay

Great location yet still quiet at night. We had two adult couples and worked very well. Unique property with lots of natural light. Easy to work with owner. Couldn't imagine much better for us!

It is better than the pictures!

This location is amazing! It is on the second floor, but there is an elevator if you need it. The host was really nice. The listing only says 1.5 baths, but there are TWO showers, which really helped.

Great place to stay

Our stay at Casasimi was excellent, from booking to the time to leave. Host Roberto was very quick and friendly with all communications. He met us at the time of our arrival to orient us to the apartment, was helpful with transportation needs, places to eat and visit. The apartment was immaculately clean and had everything we needed. It is a beautiful place, in a very convenient location for walking to most attractions/food/shopping. The beds/pillows were very comfortable. Thank you Roberto!

Great stay in Rome

We had a good stay in Rome. The location of the apartment was great and within walking distance of most things. It was close to Piazza Navona, but still quiet. The host was great at always responding to any questions we had a met us for check-in.

Unique apartment centrally located within walking distance of all the sites. Lots of restaurants nearby. Host communication was good and check-in was very thorough. Apartment was clean and kitchen was well equipped. We would definitely stay here again.

Great apartment in a great location

Very nice, smaller apartment near Piazza Navona in Rome. Very quiet location but close to all the important sights. Check in was super easy, host was responsive to the few questions/concerns we had. We had a lovely 30 days in Rome. I would readily return to this two bed, two bath apartment.

A look behind the big door! I always wonder what’s behind the big doors when walking down cobblestone streets in cities that are hundreds of years old and staying here let us not only see but experience a true Italian residence! The apartment is in a fabulous location (Piazza Navona is a few steps away) and we walked to all sites, returning every day to blissful air conditioning—a must in warmer months. The apartment gives a real sense of how Italians live and how old buildings have evolved to accommodate contemporary living while maintaining authentic charm. It’s fully stocked with whatever you need for your stay and you are in good hands with Roberto, who showed us repeatedly that he takes his role as host seriously. We appreciated his quick responses and the assistance he provided before, during (and even after) our stay. Arranging transport from the airport was a bonus. Would definitely stay again when returning to Rome.

We enjoyed our stay in this boat shaped apartment. Two large bedrooms, 2 bathrooms (one small), and a small but equipped kitchen. The location was perfect for central Rome. Quiet at night.

Fabulous location a few steps from Piazza Navona, a short walk to the market in campo dei fiori, and many good bars and restaurants a few steps from the building. When we visit Rome we always try to stay here.

Amazing Location

We had a great stay here. Both Roberto and Alice were very responsive and very helpful before and during our stay. The location is great, making it easy to walk to all major attractions, while also being close to several taxi stands and public transit. The only thing I would mention is that this is in a residential building, so if you’re planning to be up/out late, keep that in mind. We had a great stay here, and highly recommend it to others visiting Rome!

Perfect place in a perfect location

We loved our stay here while in Rome. It was so nice to have so much space after the long flights and long days walking around the city. Way better than a tiny hotel room. Room was very clean. Host was very helpful with any questions we had. This was a great location for a 1st timers trip. One street over from piazza navona. It was nice to end each night sitting near the fountains with a gelato. Great bakery nextdoor for breakfast. All the main attractions are between a 5 and 20 minute walk. I would definitely stay here again.

Clean and central

Property was very clean and location was central and within walking distance from all the sights. The host had great communication and helped us arrange all transfers to and from FCO and the cruise port. Highly recommend to anyone wanting Rome to be within walking distance.

Short trip to Rome

A beautifully situated apartment within walking distance of all of the significant sites. We thoroughly enjoyed our trip to Rome and this apartment was a calm oasis for us to return to after hot days. Roberto provided useful information about recommended restaurants that we fully utilised. Would definitely return for another visit
