The location is excellence, just in front of Santa Maria Maggiore, the parking is included and it is also good and very close to the hotel. The property is old as everything in Rome, but it doesn’t justify the conditions of the room carpets, walls, the bathroom shower was not good at all. Toilet was not in good condition, In general the hotel needs better maintenance. The breakfast was very simple.

I’m not given this property 4-stars because they have zero customer service support. Horrible breakfast no coffee. They were out of coffee at 7 am and they told us they will get it from another hotel. Everyone was disappointed. Location was good but everything was not. No coffee!!!

We booked the hotel off Expedia, breakfast was available as well as an airport shuttle. We picked the place mainly because of the shuttle. No shuttle is available. It is a short walk to Roma termini, or taxis are sitting right outside. Definitely no AC…

The only great detail for this hotel is the parking. I was also overcharged 70euros to add an e tra persone for 2 days when it was only $28. I advise making sure the paid reservation is perfect before arriving at hotel.

Overall a good property in the heart of Rome. Staff very friendly and helpful. Hotel is a bit of age and a little more upkeep could go a long way. Breakfast buffet also could use a little love, but overall I return to this hotel without a doubt.

Beautiful historic building. Would absolutely stay here again, but not in the summer. The air conditioning does not keep up, we had to open the window to try and stay cool at night. Otherwise it's a really great hotel. The staff was welcoming, considerate and helpful.

We had to change rooms 3 times before we had somewhat decent air conditioning. The rooms were poorly ventilated and quite warm, making it difficult to sleep at night. I would NOT recommend this hotel unless, perhaps, you were traveling during a cold season. Breakfast was adequate.

We booked this hotel, but when we checked in they sent us down the street to another hotel. This was a 3-star hotel in terrible shape. The toilets, bed and furniture were dirty. The worst was the amount of mold in the building. Almost couldn’t sleep because of the smell.
