We had a very pleasant stay at The B Place Cola Guesthouse. The staff were especially kind, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay, which made the experience even better. The location was convenient and the room was comfortable. I would happily stay here again!

Traveling two adults and one teenager. We had a great experience at the place. Carla was always on top of everything and quick to answer any questions or requests. Great location—clean and well-kept. The A/C was working effectively, which was a plus during this heat wave. Definitely highly recommended!

This is the best place to stay when in Rome! The rooms are large and clean, and the lobby offers coffee, snacks, and filtered water. The staff is amazing, and best of all, the location is within walking distance of almost everything, with the metro just 200 meters away! What is best of all is the price; my God, how do they provide such a wonderful place in the center of Rome for less the half the cost of hotels

We really enjoyed our stay here. The room was nice, cosy and comfortable, and the air conditioning worked really well, which was much appreciated. The location was excellent, with easy access and within a great walking distance of the Vatican and many other places. As this is a shared residence rather than a hotel, there was some noise from other parts of the building, including footsteps and general household noises. This is something to be aware of if you are a light sleeper, but it didn't take away from our overall experience. The only things we found disappointing were that the coffee machine didn't work and the coffee pods provided were not compatible with it. Overall, we had a pleasant stay and would consider staying here again.

Really clean and friendly hotel. Kitchen at the end of a corridor with some snacks and tea and coffee plus bottle water. Only issue we're some of the other guests were quite noisy coming in late at night and making a lot of noise, but that wasn't the hotels fault. Would recommend

The B Place Cola is quiet, clean, and close to many of the amenities of Prati. This was my 4th trip to Rome but first time staying in this part of the city, and the B Place Cola is a great base for exploring the area. It’s close to Vatican City and the Ottavia Metro stop. Stores and restaurants and all close, too.

Great and simple spot to stay for our last 2 nights in Rome. Room was fine, would have been a higher rating if sheets were a bit newer. Woman who met us was lovely and very communicative all along leading up to our stay. We had a situation with AC leaking, they immediately offered for us to switch rooms which we stayed in our room but was a nice gesture. Lastly, they drove us to the airport for an early flight with a competitive price and was so nice to have reliable, door to door service. Kitchen area was cute and enjoyed the little snacks.

The property manager was excellent and was very helpful to our needs. Air conditioning was excellent as well as the walk ability to get around. We were able to walk to every site of interest. Only drawbacks were the room’s fridge did not cool, but easily accessible was the communal kitchen that had a small fridge. Overall we were pleased with our experience.

This was a great stay. A great location if you want to be close to the Vatican but a ways to walk to get into the main downtown area of Ancient Rome (about 15-20 min walk to get to the edge). We had some trouble getting in at night. There isn't 24 hr check in so we arranged for entry at 12:30 midnight but ended up arriving at midnight and couldn't get hold of anyone to open the door. Finally someone else let us in.

Amazing location! I felt very safe, which was a huge plus since I was traveling with my mom. The neighborhood is secure and has plenty of nice shops nearby. Both the Vatican and the Pantheon are within a short walking distance, which made exploring very convenient. The room was clean and comfortable, and the host was incredibly accommodating, waiting for us even though we arrived around 1 a.m., which we really appreciated. I'll surely stay here next time I am in Rome!

My stay at The B Place Cola was amazing. The location is perfect—about a 10-minute walk to St. Peter’s Basilica and located in a very safe area. It’s also within walking distance of the metro station. There are plenty of shops, large grocery stores, and restaurants nearby. The host was incredibly kind and always responded quickly to our requests. The shared kitchen was consistently clean, and we appreciated the complimentary snacks and coffee. The air conditioning worked really well, which was especially appreciated during the hot weather in Rome. We would definitely stay here again whenever we visit Rome.

The rooms are clean and comfortable. The location is fantastic if your stay consists of a lot of Vatican City experiences. The area is very safe and close to the Metro, a great street for shopping and window shopping too. A hidden gem of a property (quite hard to find initially) and great for all Rome and the Vatican has to offer. The star of the stay for us was Carla. A wonderful host and concierge. She is very helpful and a great communicator. She will always answer any questions very promptly and is informative. A fantastic stay, would recommend to everyone.
