The flat of over 100sqm is located on the 4th floor of a historic building (inaugurated in 1926 as a theatre) with lift, a few minutes away from Piazza di Spagna. Quiet, simple and elegant, it consists of a cosy living area with a view of the Quirinale Palace, a sleeping area with two large bedrooms, two bathrooms (one with Jacuzzi) and a modern and fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, washer/dryer. Wi-Fi, Smart TV, tower fans are included. The apartment is ideally positioned for those who wish to visit Rome by foot, in a charming, characteristic, quiet street, walking distance to all of Rome’s main monuments, museums and churches. A stone's throw from the Barberini Square and Piazza di Spagna subway.

Great Location!

This place is literally located in the perfect location for some of the most iconic "must see" places in Roma. Just a few blocks away you are right at the top of the Spanish steps. From the steps its just a few more blocks to the Trevi Fountain, and then next stop to the Pantheon. Start early as the Pantheon closes most days by 1830. Tons of places to eat and drink all around. The apartment is clean, secure, and serviceable. The "twin beds" are somewhat misleading, it is more like a twin and a cot, and neither are very comfortable. They could definitely fit a full sized bed or two true twin beds in the room if they removed the desk, other than that it was a very nice stay.

Top Lage in Rom

Die Lage war top. Leider dann doch nicht so ruhig, wie nach der Beschreibung erwartet. Als Mieter soll man sich ruhig verhalten, dass machen die Bewohner der andere Wohnungen aber nicht unbedingt. Laut Beschreibung "Zu den Parkmöglichkeiten auf dem Gelände gehört eine Garage", wir wurden dann aber auf eine gebührenpflichtige Garage in 400m Entfernung verwiesen. Zusätzliche 20€ die Nacht. Ein Stern Abzug!
