You wont be sorry you spent your time and money on this property. The staff were very helpful, i had an issue with the hot water and they had it fixed that day. They organised my transport and were always contactable. The property is like 15 minutes walk from most major historical sights. We arrived at 11pm and check in was very simple and straight forward. We were in our room within a few minutes. Location was perfect and we could walk to all main attractions within 30 minutes. All of the your high end and general high street shops were within a 5-10min walk with plenty of shops to choose from. A fridge was provided in our room but wasnt the best a chilling our drinks but this wasnt too much of an issue as there is a shop directly opposite which was open late. Multiple bus stops right outside to make transportation very easy. We walked everywhere but for some I could see that being problematic - we are fairly fit. First, it's not a hotel; it's a guest house and there is no signage to identify the building. It has 3 or 4 rooms in what used to be a office space in an office building. There is no feont desk, and if you get to Rome late in the evening you will have a hard time getting into the building.
