We had the one with jacuzzi (this needs descaling I think, only some bubbles working). Also the TV was not connected to the internet so was not working (not a big deal for us, but should be checked by the staff before guests coming). Apart from this the room was spacious, modern, with a large comfy bed and a sofa. I was panicking slightly before coming as was not receiving any check in instructions until very late. The room was very well equipped and in great location. It’s right in the middle of everything so it’s convenient to get around to different sites such as the Vatican or colosseum. The man at the front desk is very polite & helpful. Offered any assistance that was required while he was there. However, if you’re looking for a high end stay though, this is not the place for you. It’s really good if you plan to just be there to sleep in (which my husband and I were) but definitely not high end luxury. It could use some maintenance and some of our room was falling apart but overall wasn’t a bad stay. All walkable, some may take 30-40 mins but no more than that. Great location for restaurants and loads within walking distance. Although there is rarely anyone on reception the host is so responsive on WhatsApp, to the point they get back instantly and are so helpful. Whenever I asked someone to be around they were there to help, couldn’t fault them. Also breakfast vouchers are a nice touch and it’s a lovely cafe, loved Rome would definitely go back such a wonderful trip.
