Amazing room! Very big, lots of free treats like bottled water, toasts, jam, and coffee. Bedding and AC super comfortable. The WhatsApp instructions that are sent to you before you check in are easy to follow. Staff very friendly.

Recomendo!

Excellent location, and the room was a decent size. If you are particularly fussy or picky perhaps this is not your best option, but if you're looking for a reasonably priced place to stay and you accept that this is not the Hassler this may be the right choice. Pro-tip: there is a bus service from Fiumicino (Airport) that stops a few blocks from the hotel. It is a cheaper and better option than the Leonardo Express train because you don't have the hassle and cost of getting from Termini (the train station) to the hotel

Door key didn't work when we arrived. No staff on site so spent 20 minutes on WhatsApp trying to get in the room. It's not a hotel. It's an apartment block. Wanted to leave our bags next day and also tricky as no one on site to leave them with.

Place is not well placed. It may have been great in the past, but several details made the experience a bit frustrating such as the mini Google Play, which did not work - and was not fixed or replaced, or the spa's sink, that does not fit properly. Overall, the place was not properly cleaned and the mattress needs replacement. the neighborhood is great.
