The hosts were excellent! The property is located in a neighbourhood outside the hustle and bustle of Rome which was great for finding quality family owned restaurants. It had AC throughout which was great. The internet could use an upgrade and getting more shelving added in the bathrooms for convenience, but the unfortunate thing was the road at the back of the building coming down the hill. Each time a car drove by (this was constant day and night), it would hit the large pothole in the middle of the road causing the entire building to shake. I thought at first the metro runs underneath the building or the rumbling was coming from an elevator shaft, but I am pretty sure it is the road. I had picked an out of the way place for peace and quiet. This could be alleviated if that pothole is patched. This is mostly noticeable when you put your head down on the pillow and try to sleep. We were only able to get a few hours sleep at a time. This was deal breaker for us, otherwise it would have been a charming place to stay.

We enjoyed our stay at this property. Apartment was clean and spacious for our family of 4. Had everything we needed to make our stay stress free. Great location, nice city with friendly locals in a safe neighborhood. Nice restaurants, coffee shops and market nearby. Away from busy, tourist crowd but only about easy 10min walk to train station to get you around Rome. Host was great, easily accessible and responds right away. Would definitely stay here again.

Host was awesome. Very friendly and responsive any questions or issues we had she got right on them. The house was so cute and perfect for our family. The only downfall was it was further away from where we spent most of our time so that was a pain, but we decided that the main areas were really crowded so it was probably better that we had a quieter area to go home to at night

The apartment was just wonderful. It’s located in a non-touristy part of Rome. There is a really wonderful wine shop next door to the apartment. All of the restaurants we tried in the neighborhood were great. It was very convenient from two different metro stops. The host was incredibly responsive to questions and the check-in and check-out process was simple and well organized. My daughter and I had a wonderful stay in Rome. I would definitely chose to stay here again.

Die Gastgeber sind sehr nett, auch wenn wir sie nicht kennenlernen konnten (WhatsApp Kontakt). Der check-in und check-out läuft über schriftliche Anweisungen, hat aber hervorragend geklappt. Wir haben uns in der Wohnung wohlgefühlt, auch wenn die Fotos den Eindruck einer größeren Wohnung vermitteln. Dass es zwei Bäder gibt ist bei mehreren Leuten echt super. Mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln hat man mehrere Möglichkeiten, zu den bekannten Punkten in Rom zu kommen, allerdings muss man doch etwas mehr Zeit einplanen, denn auf die Busse ist nicht immer Verlass.

HalloDie Ferienwohnung war etwas vor der Innenstadt. Mit Bus und Metro in ca.20 min zu erreichen.Einkaufen: in 5 min zu Fuß gibt es einen Supermarkt wo man alles bekommt. Wohnung war sauber und für uns 4 Personen ausreichend groß. Wenn man Fragen hat bekommt man umgehend Antwort über WhatsApp .Viel Spaß den weiteren Gästen in Rom.

SÉJOUR À ROME

Très bon emplacement du logement, il y a les transports en commun auprès. Il y a aussi des magasins etc. Le gros point négatif du logement est la propreté en particulier de la cuisine et de la vaisselle. La vaisselle était tout simplement dégoûtante (photo à l’appui). Nous avons dû nettoyer tout ce dont nous avions besoin, plaque gaz, four etc. C’est décevant pour un tel appartement. Toutefois, l’hôte a fait un geste commercial et nous a offert le ménage, il était vraiment désolé. Le canapé du salon n’est pas très confortable. Toutefois en mettant les matelas par terre on peut mieux dormir. Pas de bruit.

We enjoyed our stay.

We like the apartment. It was well stocked. We like the neighborhood. We liked that the apartment was well back from the street and had two locked gates before getting to the apartment. We felt safe there. We had good communication with the host. Parking was available, but we wished we had inquired about that before arriving. We did have to pay for parking in the underground lot next door. We were happy with the parking garage, just not prepared for it. My hide-a-bed sofa in the living room was typical, which is to say not great.
