We loved our stay at this property! It was the perfect base location to walk to all the major attractions like Colosseum, Pantheon, etc. the made to order breakfast was wonderful! The place is small and simple. Good location to walk to most attractions. Hosts are very nice and helpful. Nothing high-end about it but I would recommend staying if you are thete for just a few days and going to be out seeing the sights most of the time.

We were quite disappointed in our stay after reading such good reviews. We tried to use the tub and turned on the jets and very nasty gunk came out and we didn’t feel it was safe or sanitary to use. The “mini bar” in our room was a can of beer and a can of coke. No one could tell us how to use either safe in our room. The towel heater didn’t work. The wifi was basically nonexistent, it was incredibly slow. The bed was quite short, maybe this is normal for Italy. If these are things you don’t care about, it is a nice enough area that is very walkable to most of the major sites. Also the staff member who checked us in was nice and helpful.

Had issues with booking/check in mix up between communication of hotel and Hotels .com and we were harassed about paying for a 3rd night we weren’t staying. Rooms smelled and were tiny. Marking/ ease of finding was terrible. No real amenities.

Fantastisk bra och centralt

Jätte bra boende, super trevlig personal, mycket service minded och hjälpsamma. Hotellet låg väldigt centralt och gångavstånd till i princip alla sevärdheter. Frukost på rummet varje morgon med det vi beställde, så trevligt. Kan varmt rekommendera detta då det känns familjärt. Kommer vi tillbaka till Rom så kommer vi absolut att bo här Monica

Die Unterkunft ist super gelegen und man kann von dort in einem Umkreis von 15 Minuten sowohl den Bahnhof, das Kolosseum oder den Trevi-Brunnen erreichen. Wir waren zu dritt 3 Tage in Rom und haben fussläufig alle gängigen Highlights der Stadt erkundet. Unser Anspruch an die Unterkunft war überschaubar. Preis/Leistung hat unterm Strich gepasst, zumal wir das Zimmer von 9-21:30 nur als Abstellraum für unser Gepäck genutzt haben. Das Personal war sehr nett. Gerne wieder

False/Misleading Advertisement and Careless

The hotel marketing is misleading. The pictures don't reflect the actual state of the hotel. It is definitely less glamorous than the pictures show. Simply "ok" setting. They offer "free parking" according to the advertisement however, NO parking was available. Street parking I as extremely difficult to find and restricted in many areas nearby. Hotel staff is not always available and difficult to contact outside of the reception times. They are careless with documents and as a result, a passport switch was made. Unfortunately, this resulted in grievances and unnecessary complications. Overall a less than optimal experience.

The location and cleanliness was of the room was great. The staff was very nice although not very knowledgeable about the parking situation. THERE IS NO FREE PARKING OR PARKING AVAILABLE SPECIFICALLY FOR FIVE ROOMS ROME. THE LISTING IS MISLEADING. This is the biggest reason I gave it an OK rating. There is very minimal free parking on the street where the guest house is located, but this is parking for the general public. Otherwise, there is paid parking on the streets nearby, but in many cases it is not overnight parking. This place is great if you are taking a train or flying into town and then taking a bus or taxi to the guest house. Not that ideal for driving here though. Additionally, be warned that you can’t drive in certain areas of Rome without a special pass due to it being zoned as historic areas.

Hands down an amazing property and great location. It’s a 10 minute walk from the colosseum. Very clean and staff was friendly. Lots of restaurant choices around the area.
