Room was very clean & tidy, the staff (we met many) were always friendly, courteous & helpful when asked about restaurant recommendations.
Would book again next time we're visiting Roma.
Beds were comfortable and AC was phenomenal. The shower doors could use some improvement but still did the job. Great experience, I would book here again.
Spent 2 weeks in Italy and visited many high end hotels in Sardigna and Florence and none had an AC as powerful and cooling as this hotel. After a hot and humid day out in Rome, coming home to a cooled room is amazing. Location is perfect too, 2 minute walk from Rome Termini. Will be visiting again while in Room

The lady at the reception, especially the day shift, was very helpful. The location is great as it is just meters away from Roma Termini. The room, bathroom, and the furniture were dated and need upgrading. The bathroom, although functional, is old- the shower head and shower door need fixing. Air conditioning functions well.
Beware: Not handicapped accessible! The elevator is up a short flight of 6 stairs. It's fine for the convenience to bring up luggage but not helpful if you can't climb stairs.
Also, the bathroom in room 80 is up a couple stairs.
Aside from that, the location is perfect for the train station. And there are plenty of bus connections from train station to anywhere in Rome.
And the bed was big and comfy.
Decent value for the money, just don't expect frills.
The room was very disappointing and did not meet our expectations. The room was very small and the small shower doors leaked
One of the beds had a power outlet right behind the pillows which was useless.
The location was good.
For the price we paid it, it was definitely far below what was expected.
We would never stay at this hotel again.
We had a long layover in Rome, and decided to book with this hotel for a few hours of sleep; the location is ideal and only a short walk from the Rome Termini Station. The staff were helpful, and toothbrushes, toothpaste, and soap, shampoo, and body wash were included for two persons in the room (which was a great help, since our bags did not make it with us to Rome). Would recommend this hotel.

Be prepared for stairs. Staff very helpful. Pricey for what you get.
The room was clean and close to Roma Termini which was a huge plus!
The staff was friendly except this one incident that happened when I came back to the hotel one night with someone and one of the workers would not let the person I was with through and started telling me that it’s because he use to work at a different hotel back in the days and a girl almost got killed and they tried to poison him. I did not feel like arguing so I just told the person I was with to leave. This whole interaction was weird considering the fact that I’m paying for the hotel room and I’m grown and I’m allowed to bring whoever I want.

The room was clean but very small for 4 people. It was also very dark as the only window opened onto a courtyard. Very little natural light entered the room. The AC worked well and was quiet. We didn’t use the TV at all. The Wifi was fine: not the fastest, but it worked.
This is a small hotel with maybe 10 rooms. It is located in a part of town that’s very convenient but not the safest at night. I would not stay here again, but we are 2 50 year olds with 2 kids. For younger solo travellers or couples who want to be located centrally, it’s clean and quiet but it gives hostel, not hotel vibes.
It’s 2 minutes walk from Termini station, 20
minutes walk to the Pantheon, 20-30 minutes walk to the Colosseum/Forum/Palatine Hill area which is also 2 stops from the Termini metro stop.
We had a very pleasant stay. The hotel was located very close to the train station which made travel logistics easy. The room was clean and comfortable and the staff were very helpful and polite.
I rate this hotel as excellent for a few reasons. It can’t compare to a high-class establishment, but I think the value for your euro is excellent. The building is old but serviceable. The room was plenty large for me (solo traveler); the bathroom was small. I don’t have much experience with hotels in Rome but I imagine this kind of setup is standard for the price. The personnel are very personable and friendly, and took very good care of me. The room was always kept clean. They keep it secure. The gate to the street is locked and you get a code or a key tag to unlock it. The location is ideal for me because Termini station is literally around the corner. It’s so easy to get to and from FCO and to go anywhere on the Metro. If I ever go back to Rome, I would stay at Hotel Domus Termini again.
Personal atento.

Helt greit sted, enkelt, sentralt. Rent, kort vei til buss, tog og enkelte flotte severdigheter: Termemuseet, Sta Maria Maggiore. For butikker: Via Cavour, Via Nazionale
