The apartment has 3 double bedrooms with en-suite bathroom (with towels, hairdryer, soap, shampoo) and another bathroom outside the rooms with bath. A sofa bed in the living room and a small bed with bars for children (under 4 are free on request). The kitchen is fully equipped, utensils, dishwasher, gas oven, microwave, toaster washing machine, dryer, coffee maker, refrigerator, Kettle, iron and ironing board.
In the living room a flat screen TV 55 with internet available and free wi-fi.
The balconies (2) overlooking one of the most famous streets for shopping.
Very close to the Metro Ottaviano and many public transportation, you can reach any part of Rome.
The apartment can comfortably accommodate up to 8 people and 1 child under 4 years old.
The Quarter is full of life, from shopping to the Vatican Museums, Cinema, Theatre, banks, pharmacies public transport, all just a few meters from the apartment.
The district is definitely famous for much visited Vatican Museums with the wonderful Sistine Chapel, (just 100 meters), but for the Romans is also known for the famous Triumphal market, a local open market with infinite possibilities of Gastronomic choices.
A toll parking is available nearby.
A neighborhood full of lawyers, notaries accountants due to its proximity with the Court of Rome, as well as famous for the shopping streets, Via Candia, Via Ottaviano, Via Crescenzio, dense streets of shops that will lead carelessly towards the Old Town of Rome. A beautifully furnished flat in a great neighborhood.
Our adult daughters, my wife and I enjoyed our stay in this “Cozy Flat” situated just one block from the Vatican Museum entrance. The flat is furnished with state of the art appliances, comfortable bedding and secure. Air Conditioning is available on warm days, while we enjoyed getting fresh air, and sitting at the verandah window while having our coffee while watching the neighborhood come to life in the morning.

This listing was BETTER than described! Plenty of room, the bedrooms and bathrooms were spacious. The kitchen had everything anyone could need. The location was great, there was a big market across the street, lots of great restaurants in the neighborhood and a 3 minute walk to the Vatican. I would definitely stay here again!

This property was perfect for our group of 6. Clean and well appointed. Plenty of room to relax after a day full of touring. Best access to the Vatican tours. This apartment has the best location within walking distance of a market, train station, restaurants and not far from the city center where most of our tours were. Francesca is very responsive and we truly felt as if this was our “home away from home” while in Rome.

Overall, this was a great place to stay. Francesca made sure we were taken care of and also that it was comfortable. Fantastic apartment and location!
What a wonderful experience! This property is very rare in Italy. All three bedrooms had their own private baths and there is an additional bathroom in the hall as well if you have visitors. We have never seen such a well equipped location. It is just steps from the Vatican and the Mercato where we daily purchased our food. Multiple restaurants are nearby and the subway is very close as well. We hope to visit again very soon. Thank you Francesca!

Francesca was very nice. Many great restaurants in this area. The Vatican museums were a block away. Lots of shopping here. Don’t forget the combination Francesca sends you. I temporarily lost mine and was in a panic when I didn’t get a response for my call asking for help.

Nice renovated apartment
The only thing was that the main hallway light leading to the front door of the apartment was burn out which made it difficult coming in and out because it was pitch black. Otherwise we’ll equipped and comfortable! They also supplied contacts for a driver and a tour guide which made it so handy for arranging our plans!

Outstanding experience
Our family of 6 (4 adults, 2 teens) enjoyed our time in Francesca’s apartment. It was spacious, clean and comfortable. The location is perfect for walking to The Vatican. There are great restaurants and shops close by as well. We highly recommend the driver, personal chef and private tour guide that Francesca suggests - all were fantastic. We even had 4 additional family members staying nearby join us for the amazing dinner Daniele prepared - a great memory for a special family vacation in Rome.

A Roman home away from home
To start our hostess was a dream to communicate with and responded immediately. Everything was clearly presented and timely. The apartment location for us was great and Rome is a big city I am not sure any one location is perfect for walking to any one attraction We used all modes of transport and really walked alot and always were so happy to come back to this apartment. Clean spacious and for Americans a washer and dryer and all the amenities one could asked for. It was beautiful appointed and we were so comfortable here. Each bedroom w ensuite and large comfortable beds. We even brought certain items with us only to.find they were already provided for. Close to shops restaurants and the Vatican would not hesitate to stay here again.

This is a great apartment located close to the Vatican. Lots of restaurants close by that are great as well as grocery stores. Francesa did an excellent job recommending restaurants, and places to go. She was extremely helpful. Her recommendation of Gelateria Millennium just down the block was right on. Best Gelato in Rome! Our family enjoyed the apartment and we highly recommend it.

Exceptional all around experience
Francesca was so accommodating and available for all our pre-arrival questions. As well as, providing exceptional suggested car service transportation company Fortuna Car Service and Personal Chef for an evening dining experience in the apartment with Fabrizia Ventura. The apartment has a small balcony and the six of us (3 couples) so enjoyed the ability to watch the street action. A local market close by with amazing choices of cheeses, meats, vegetables, fruits, wine, flowers, etc., and the vendors so friendly and helpful. Many stores and businesses in the area for shopping as well. The apartment was so comfortable for three couples to each have a separate bedroom with private bathrooms. So enjoyable to start our vacation for a three night stay, that we hated to leave. Highly recommend this apartment and property owner experience. We have rented many in the past and this was a 5 star experience.

Italian Holiday
We recently returned from a 12 day Italian Holiday that included 2 other couples and a quick 3 night stay at the Vatican apartment. It was the perfect location for exploring Rome and easy access to the Vatican and St Peters. The apartment is ideal for 3 couples with each bedroom having a private bath and a 4th bath for overflow in getting ready each morning. The kitchen is very well equipped and the washer/dryer are very nice towards the end of a long trip. The views from the kitchen balcony are superb and there are many coffee/gelato/grocery/shopping options nearby. Its easy walking distance to Ottaviano Metro and many of the important bus and tram stops. I cannot say enough about working with Francesca on several 'extras' that we planned as well as her suggestion for the in apartment cooking experience. It was superb and tons and tons of food. I highly recommend doing this for a great sampling of Italian appetizers and dishes. We will definitely stay here again when we are in Rome with a group or our family.
