  • Located in the very heart of ancient Rome.
    Rome, Italy.
    First floor very bright 100 sqm. Netflix, 1 large master bedroom, 1 bathroom with bathtub and shower, large living room with wooden beams, a comfortable double sofa bed and a breathtaking view on the Pantheon temple.
    From the lounge you can enjoy a view of the Pantheon, this is so close to you that you will feel like touching the ancient temple of the Roman Gods and Emperors. No noisy very quiet.
    The flat sleeps 4 easily, with a super comfy sofa bed in the living room.
    Located in the heart of Rome, Rome, Italy The apartment is very close to the most important squares and you can not miss the most important monuments and museum of Rome. For Spanish steps (12 min. walk) Trevi Fountain (7 min walk) San Peter's square (20 min. walk) Jewish Ghetto (8 min walk) Sant'Angelo Castle (13 min. walk) Campo de Fiori Square (8 min walk) Navona square (5 min walk) Monument to Vittorio Emanuele II - Venice Square (8 min walk) Colosseum - Fori Imperiali (20 min. walk) Piazza Del Popolo, (16 min. walk) Aventino - Circo Massimo (20 min. walk)

Lucia is a gracious, warm and truly delightful host. Her apartment is stunning. It is meticulously clean and decorated beautifully with homey touches throughout. Lucia met us at the apartment and graciously showed us around, making us feel immediately at home. The location is perfect. To have the Pantheon right outside our window is a memory we will never forget. It’s location is in a very safe area, and we were able to walk everywhere. There are shops, food, coffee, gelato and even a taxi stand just steps away. Lucia and her apartment are one of the many highlights of our visit to Rome. The words “thank you” seem inadequate for all your generosity and the joy you have brought us Lucia. Thank you for making our experience so memorable! Your kindness, professionalism and welcoming demeanor are to be admired. You make your country proud. If we are ever blessed to return to Rome we would absolutely stay at your lovely home again.

Spectacular! I could not imagine a better way to experience Rome. Quiet, safe, comfortable, with a stunning view of the Pantheon and people watching galore out of the front windows. Walking distance to the Colosseum and basically everything you come to see. Lucia is an incredible host and more than that an amazing person. She met us late, gave excellent restaurant recommendations — Enoteca Corsi was wonderful, and Aroma very elegant. Definitely recommend! Thank you Lucia xoxo

This is a beautiful and clean apartment with a perfect location to make your Rome trip an amazing one! Within walking distance to all the major attractions. Lucia is a kind, responsive and flexible host who made us feel welcome right from the start! She helped arrange an early morning taxi for our flight home and checked on us to be sure our trip was going well! I highly recommend staying here and getting the full Rome experience!

Lucia was wonderful, she meet us on time and gave us a tour of the apartment. This was her home in the past and it felt like a home. Everything was in excellent condition and worked well. We also had the option to use the clothes washer. The location is excellent, close waking distance to all the main sites. She also gave us great restaurant spots. I would stay here again. What an amazing place to stay! Right opposite the Pantheon - as soon as we arrived we felt immersed in Ancient Rome but in a comfortable elegant style! The flat is easy to find and Lucia was so helpful and flexible with communication about our check in. Visiting Rome requires lots of walking and we had a particularly hot spell for May so coming back to an apartment with air conditioning was wonderful. Our 12 year old daughter slept on the sofa bed which she said was super comfortable and she loved falling asleep listening to the gentle sounds of the pantheon square. We would absolutely recommend staying in Lucia’s fabulous apartment.

We loved staying in Lucia’s apartment. It’s easily walkable to all monuments and there are so many wonderful restaurants nearby. The apartment is spotless and equipped with everything you need. It’s decorated in typical Italian style with generational pieces from Lucia’s family and carefully selected items Lucia personally selected with great pride. The ceiling in the bedroom even has the original beams! What I loved most was Lucia as a host. Lucia is kind, warm and very responsive to your needs. She truly loves sharing her beautiful apartment and is very welcoming. Thank you Lucia for a beautiful stay. We had an amazing time! Please come see us in Hawaii when you come.

Lucia is an exceptional hostess. We couldn’t have been happier staying in her beautiful apartment. It is beautifully decorated and well appointed. The apartment was very clean and spacious. The location is fantastic, adjacent to the Pantheon. It was in walking distance of many of the major attractions, as well as restaurants, gelato and coffee. Even with the crowds outside of the Pantheon, the bedroom was extremely quiet. We also felt very safe walking in the area.Lucia was extremely gracious by allowing us an early check-in, which we truly appreciated. She met us at the apartment and gave us a tour and answered our questions. Her communication with us was amazing. She even arranged for a taxi to pick us up from the cruise port and another taxi to take us to the airport. We couldn’t have asked for a more welcoming and hospitable hostess.

This was such a wonderful stay—far better than a traditional hotel. I truly didn’t want to leave. The bed and pillows were incredibly comfortable, and the spacious bathroom was a great bonus. There was also plenty of closet space, which made settling in easy and convenient.I especially loved having a separate living room where we could relax and take in the stunning view of the Pantheon—it truly made the experience feel special. Having a table to sit and enjoy takeout was another plus. While we didn’t cook, it was nice to have the option since everything you could need is provided.Lucia has thoughtfully equipped the space with all the essentials, and the location couldn’t be better. The restaurant recommendations she shared were outstanding.I’ll definitely be back!

Fantastic location. Friendly and helpful host. Beautiful art and decorations. Nice to have laundry available. Quiet in bedroom - which was a surprise given location overlooking Pantheon. Fun place to people watch and drink espresso and wine!

The host was so welcoming and warm. They maintained communication with us prior to, met us at the apartment, and then took the time to explain the amenities, local businesses, sights and addressed our questions. The location is amazing, the apartment is VERY clean and tidy, great water pressure with plenty of hot/cold water for shower and tub. This was a wonderful stay! THANK YOU!
