I highly recommend this place! The location is excellent and perfect for exploring Rome on foot. The staff were extremely friendly, helpful, and welcoming. I honestly didn’t notice any negatives during my stay. I would definitely choose this place again!

The AC in 102° heat was AMAZING, and the front desk guy was super cheerful and helpful. Only thing that I didn’t like was the water in the mornings wouldn’t warm up, so we had to take some cold morning showers. Other than that though it was an AMAZING hotel in an amazing location!

Great location! Loved nearby shops and restaurants. quiet at night. Grocery store next door. Staff very responsive to anything we needed. Only downside was we were on top floor… so lots of stairs but there is an elevator… worked off all food we ate in Rome!

Wonderful apartment and Marvin was amazing helping us check in and carry bags to room! He had the room cooled for us knowing we had traveled in the heatwave by train for 7 hours. He found out I loved coffee and stocked me up on delicious, then found wonderful gluten free options for dinner. The apartment had two comfy bedrooms and a sofa bed so the four of us (we traveled with our 2 adult kids) were quite comfortable. My husband and son are 6’3” & 6’4” so that’s saying a lot. The kitchen was small but adequate enough to store drinks and leftovers. The little stovetop was perfect to heat some of those delicious leftovers the next day. We also had 2 full bathrooms and both were supplied with everything you would need. I wish we could have stayed longer at Passepartout because this place was perfect for us!

Welcomed warmly by Marvin at reception and appreciated the information on the local area activities. Our room for 3 adults was very clean, comfortable, cool with A/C during record heatwave, and great bathroom & shower space. Many restaurants and shops including markets and laundry service within the block. Walking distance (30 minutes) from Vatican Museums, Sistine Chapel & Colosseum. We had a great experience staying here!

Loved this hotel! Perfect location!!! Walk to all the sights, bustling neighborhood with tons of shops, bars, and great restaurants. The staff was super helpful in recommending which restaurants to choose and they were all great. We didn't get breakfast included but did eat at the cafe the hotel has an agreement with and it was fabulous. We tried other breakfast places nearby too and they were all great. It's the perfect base to explore Rome from. The only reason I can think of not to choose this hotel is if you are looking for quiet. We loved it and will definitely stay there again!
