It was unquestionably beautiful but where they stand out is in all of the touches to make you feel pampered. Overall it's a small location, owned by Ferragamo, but it's in the middle of the prettiest parts of Rome surrounded by exceptional shopping. The team is committed to making everything you need or want accessible. The staff is exceptional, the location ideal and the view from the rooftop deck, where the excellent breakfast is served, is stunning. In the evening street music - violins and opera arias - float up to the deck as the sun sets on the lovely Trinità dei Monti that sits above the Spanish Steps. Unfortunately, there are only two rooms with view balconies, but even a room with a not-so-great outlook is made up by the cruise-ship ambiance of every whim being catered to by a willing, cheerful and capable staff!
