Rome Birthday Trip

Perfect location, at foot of Spanish Steps. As a family we had 3 double rooms each was slightly different but in a good way. The rooms are spacious, the beds on the firm side, this suited us. Each room had a safe, fridge, hairdryer, aircon, tv with Skysports and a coffee machine. No dining facilities, breakfast was packaged French toast with jams. Even though the location is busy we slept well. Only gripe if you have more than one complementary tea or coffee a day then you must pay €1for it. A special place to stay

Location is excellent, hotel is very clean. Unfortunately we booked 2 rooms, #105 and #102. Room #102 have issues with the air conditioning, it was not cooling and the room was extremely hot making impossible to rest due to the hot temperature. We were promised to fix for the next day but we came back to find the same issue. The front desk lady was kind of rude because we complained again, stating that she did not have air conditioning in her home and sleep ok. She stated someone came to clean the air conditioning during the day and air should be working. I stayed 2 nights in a very hot room and my cousin when to sleep in the sofa of room #105. No credit or any other compensation was offered for the inconvenience, front desk said we booked with Expedia, therefore, can't do anything.

FURLAの２F、スペイン広場に面しており、部屋の窓からのぞき込むとSpagnaの駅がみえるという信じられないほど便利な立地でした。レトロなエレベータも素敵で、だれかのお宅にお邪魔するかのような入口です。こじんまりした１フロアのみのホテルですが、水回りも清潔で十分な広さがあり、天井も高く、居心地がよかったです。滞在中に急な雨があったのですが、クローゼットに傘があり雨具を買わずに済みました。またローマに行く機会があれば宿泊したいと思います。

Excelente ubicacion

La ubicación es magnífica se puede llegar caminando a muchos lugares y además tiene una estación de metro a pasos. Lo que pueden mejorar es que pedí una habitación triple, pero el sofá-cama no lo dejaban preparado, me dijeron que yo tenía que hacerlo. Si volvería.

Very Unhappy

Our stay was a huge disappointment. Our room was located near the busy metro so it was extremely noisy. Parts of the floor in our room was coming apart causing us to continually trip. Our window would not open. Making it extremely hot. The aircon let out dirty air which made us all sick. The mini fridge did not keep anything cold. Our bed sheets were not changed and we were left without toilet paper on our last day we had to use our own! The shower also leaked. I paid a lot of money but would never go back. Staff however were very friendly and helpful.

Location, location, location and property very nice, specious rooms for the Rome and Europe. Stuff is very pleasant and helpful . They provided transportation to/ from airport that cost less then taxi and Uber.
