This is the worst place ever!!! BEWARE BED BUGS!!!! The owner will not help you!!! I payed 11 nights the first night I arrived with my family we were woken up at 4:00am to bed bugs I called the owner and he said he could not do anything for my family and I that I need to wait until 9:00am!!! So I had to find a new place to go to! The owner the next day told me that I must have brought them with me!! He refused to help me! The property is an apartment building!! And another thing Blood Stains on the mattress!!! RICARDO IS THE OWNER! RUDE AND A SCAMMER DO NOT STAY THERE!!!!

Room was clean and staff was great! I would recommend this hotel to anyone that is going to Rome! There are a lot of stairs but there is an elevator option!
