The room was as advertised, and I appreciated the detailed check-in process provided to me about a week before my trip, which included images with instructions since there is not a front desk. The air conditioning worked great, and it is a solid choice for people looking to be close to the metro station but in a safe neighborhood.

It was really a wonderful place. The location was great and the room was too. I had a single room with a twin bed. The bed was comfortable. The bathroom is small but nice and shampoo/body wash was provided along with a shower cap. I was so happy to see a shower cap! I had forgotten to take mine.
I had a little trouble getting in the first time but called and she guided me through the process. I think the issue was that I received 2 emails with instructions. One was better than the other, with more details. Unfortunately I was following the other one.

We stayed here for one night and it was perfect. The property manager and owner were very accomodating and made the process of getting into the very secure building, very easy.
I would stay here again and recommend it for people who are using the trains.
