Very cleaned and organized, very cozy. Everything is within walking distance and a good neighborhood, a lot of restaurants and the train station is just 4 minutes away with great shops.

Hotel was good! Very close to Roma Termini which was amazing and super helpful on our last day before we had to head to the airport. Place was clean and staff was very helpful when it came to answering quickly and accommodating an earlier check in!

The location is great... close to Roma termini station, luggage storage, nice restaurants and hop on hop off bus! Interesting area of town but easy to find and simple, easy to follow instructions to enter property... safe, secure and quiet inside. Good sized room, clean and tidy with everything we needed... so appreciated the air conditioning!

The owner was very friendly and helpful throughout my stay. The room was clean, modern, and comfortable. The location was excellent, within walking distance of the train station and many of Rome’s famous attractions. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to others.

Clean, convenient to the train station and therefore easy to get to all the attractions. Staff communicated well and were helpful and accommodating. We weren’t leaving until the evening and they let us store our bags until it was time of departure.

We had a great overnight stay at Smart Guest House and would definitely recommend it for anyone passing through Rome. The location is perfect, just a 5 minute walk from Roma Termini, making it incredibly convenient if you’re arriving or departing by train or heading to the airport. It was the ideal base for our one-night stay. Communication with the property was excellent from start to finish, with clear instructions that made check-in quick and easy. Our room was clean, tidy and comfortable, with everything we needed for a short stay. If you’re looking for a convenient, well-located and hassle-free place to stay near Rome’s main train station, Smart Guest House is an excellent choice. We’d happily stay here again.

We had a perfect stay at the Smart Guesthouse in Rome. The host was very accommodating with allowing us to store our luggage and letting us know as soon as the room was ready as we were exhausted from overnight travel. The bed was comfy and the room had everything we needed. It was also perfectly clean! The location was also wonderful for us as we could walk to the train station and we were able to visit everywhere we wanted to go either by a nice walk or a quick jump on the metro. It was perfect! Thank you for having us!

Conveniently located and walking distance from the train station. Owner recommended a few places to eat and we ended up going to La Base for dinner. We highly recommend going! Food and drinks were delicious, the atmosphere was very fun and not touristy. We ended up walking to the Colosseum afterwards and it was beautifully lit up. Owner was very helpful and made us feel safe. We were in good hands.
