The apartment is sanitized at every check out with professional equipment that sprays a disinfectant based on hydrogen peroxide and silver salts. A few meters from Piazza del Popolo, in the heart of the city, the apartment has been recently renovated. Large and bright, it consists of three bedrooms, two doubles and one with two single beds (but also a double bed on request), all with en-suite bathroom, dining area, living room with sofa bed, kitchen and large and well-kept terrace. The kitchen is equipped with all the equipment: ventilated oven and microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, toaster, Moka coffee machine and American coffee maker, kettle. Included in the apartment washing machine, ironing board and iron. The bedrooms have bed linen and towels. In each bathroom, a hairdryer and complimentary toiletries. Well furnished, in the center of Rome but quiet is ideal for spending pleasant moments of relaxation. You can easily walk to the most picturesque corners of the city. This was our favourite rental as it was clean, spacious for our family and in a quiet neighborhood. The apartment is well equipped with everything you need. It is only less than 10 minutes walk from many sightseeing spots and walking distance to most other spots. The metro is also a nearby if you choose to take it. We took it once to the Coliseum since our Tour involves 3 hours of walking but we could have easily walked there. Lots of great restaurants nearby. Marta always communicated in a timely manner when we booked our stay. She offered to arrange a cab to pick us up from the airport which we took. After a long flight, having a trusted cab to pick us up made things really easy. Upon arrival, Marta was there to greet us and show us around. The metro is close and there are restaurants right there. The apartment is very nice. The three bedrooms are all ensuite. The kitchen and dining rooms are very nice and well stocked. The patio is secluded and very peaceful. There is an elevator after 5 steps. The apartment is on the second floor. Easy to walk up and down with bags. Marta is a great host. We had a medical emergency and she was able to call an ambulance. There was a summer concert series playing in the piazza. It played every evening until midnight. We were a group of three couples and it was so nice to have our own bedrooms and private bathrooms. I think our favor was having breakfast on the terrace as well as and evening drink with appetizers. The washing machine was a bonus since Rome was a middle stop for us. The kitchen was well stocked with cafe for the mornings and appliances that made it easy to make breakfast for ourselves. I found the beds to be comfortable and linens clean and fresh. Plenty of towels was much appreciated. The bedrooms were roomy and each had great views. I couldn’t ask for a better location. We had easy access to the metro and found a few little shops to pick up breakfast supplies and snacks. We enjoyed walks through the nearby parks and easy access to the local sites.
