We stayed in a condo which was really nice with an outside patio area. It was ideally located for the Trevi Fountain and Spanish Steps. Lots of lovely restaurants near by and a little cafe right outside the front door. The rooms were clean the only small issue was ants on the veranda which became annoying when sat out there. Overall, great value for money; fantastic location and perfect for our stay. Would definitely book again.

It was close to everything within a 10-30 minute walk! It was clean and had the amenities needed even a washing machine! Close to shops, the Spanish Steps and Trevi Fountain making it much more worth it waking up in the morning to watch the sunrise there.

The Tritone Top House offered quaint accommodations, with our room facing a beautiful street full of architectural character. With our room on the third floor, the stairs and tiny elevator presented a challenge, but added to the charm of the hotel. Julia greeted us and helped us settle into our room. The simple access with keys guaranteed we were not going to have digital issues with card entry. She offered suggestions to restaurants and sights to see, which all turned out to be amazing. The room had a mini bar that was appreciated at the end of a long day. When we had some light issues, Julia was quick to have them fixed. The staff really put in a lot of effort to make our stay comfortable. With charm and access to many sights in Rome, the Tritone Top House was a great start to our holiday. Thank you for making our stay in Rome one to remember.

Bring you own blankets! It was freezing and no heater or blankets. The pull out couch mattress was very old and sunk in. Only one key is provided so you have to make sure u come and go together. The front door does not close no matter how hard you pull. We had to soap the bottom gor it to close. Terrible! The staff is nowhere to be found. Looked for them many times during hours of operation and they were never there. No elevators and have to pull all luggage up three flights of stairs. Good luck coming at night. No lighting. Great location though.

Upon arrival we were met at the door and check-in was seamless! However, communication wasn’t great after that. Our air conditioning was not working as it should and after reaching out we were told they’d come look at it/fix it but that was never completed so had to deal with a hot room and sleeping was impacted because of it. We also had an airport taxi scheduled through Tritone which was 20 minutes late picking us up- however don’t know whose fault this was (taxi vs Tritone). Location was great and in the middle of everything (comes with some nighttime noise just beware!)

We were traveling with 2 adults and 3 older children. The property was wonderfully clean and super well appointed. We had ample space and the two bathrooms were a dream. The staff was so helpful and nice. We had too much heavy luggage to lug up stairs but that was our own fault. Stay was ideal for us and would def go back when in Rome.

The friendliest staff, Julia was very kind, gave us loval reccomendations and even offered to help us arrange airport travel. The location was perfect and the rooftop deck offered the perfect views!

The location is great but getting to this property after checkout closes is difficult. They ask you to collect the key from one location and then go to another which is hard when you have luggage that your wheeling around. The cleaning lady tried to come in before we checked out which was annoying. There is a small lift that takes you up to the room which is great. The property needs to be renovated. Its not what it looks like in the pictures. The kitchen was not well equipped so if you’re staying a while you’ll struggle.

The room was a convenient walking distance from parking right outside of the ZTL and close enough to walk to most of the attractions that I wanted to see. There was plenty of room to spread out and get comfortable when we were in the room. Management was easy to work with through ZTL when our arrival was later than expected.

It was a pleasant looking room. Bed was not very comfortable, but they were decent enough. Pillows kind of flat, but I guess I could’ve remedied that by asking for extra pillows. Loved that it was a three minute walk to the Spanish steps. I’m sure lots of places do not have elevators, but I guess I didn’t realize when I booked it. it was a challenge getting our four large bags up three flights of steps to our room. Overall it was good, not great hence the 4 stars.

Literally my best stay in Italy. I accidentally booked the apartment and was not disappointed. I felt completely safe and staff were awesome if you needed them. The location of this property is absolutely the best. You’re just minutes away from everything. The apartment itself was super cute and spacious. I did solo travel so it was more than enough room for me. I’ve been recommending this place to so many people. I would def be booing again. This stay was the cherry on top of my overall trip.
