The location is good, but be sure your GPS is working or you have good instructions, or map. Almost nobody in the neighborhood knew the name of the street. Some written instructions for the AC would help. One of the managers thought I was a total idiot because we struggled with it. Meanwhile, the mini safe wasn't operating properly, and bathroom hardware was getting worn out. Apart from a silverfish, the room was clean.

It was a very reasonable place for the price, but the only thing I wished to be better was the comfortability of the bed. We definitely felt the wire spring frame of the double size bed we slept on. Something that I have never felt in any other hotels I ever stayed in before. Otherwise, it was very convenient place and the staff was very nice!

Nice little place.

Very clean and nice room. It’s a short train ride (which is a 7 min walk for the B&B) to Central Rome. Which cost 2 euro round trip. The manager is very sweet and nice and they also serve a light Continental breakfast in the mornings.

Bestilte rom hos Vacanze a Roma siste natten før vi skulle ta fly hjemover. Enkel standard, men passer fint dersom man skal ta tog til flyplassen dagen etter. Kun 200m til Trastevere togstasjon, hvor flytoget går hvert 15 min. Hyggelige ansatte! Badet var kjempefint. Frokosten helt ok :)

Gode sporvognsforbindelser til centrum af Rom

Vacanza de Roma er en lille Bed & Breakfast med 6 værelser. Der er ingen reception, så du skal ringe dagen før og fortælle, hvornår på dagen, du regner med at ankomme, så skal de nok være der for at tage imod dig, også selvom du er lidt forsinket. Værelserne er spartansk indrettede, men OK. Udmærket badeværelse. Meget trafikstøj i de to værelser, der vender mod den store gade. Gratis og hurtig Wi-Fi. God morgenmad og særdeles venlig og god betjening. Beliggende i et pænt shoppingkvarter uden de store seværdigheder, men med et par gode spisesteder i nærheden. Der er kun 200 m til Trastevere station, der har tog til Fiumicino Airport hvert kvarter. Foran stationen går sporvogn 8 direkte til centrum (Piazza Venezia) på 10 minutter og sporvogn 3 til Pyramida (metro) og Colosseum, så det er nemt at komme rundt i Rom.

Rigtig fint til prisen

Rigtig godt sted til pengene. Fint badeværelse og seng. God service. Ligger tæt på Trastevere station, og i gå-afstand fra alle de hyggelige restauranter og barer i Trastevere.

Cheap and easy short stay

I stayed for one night as my flight from FCO was too early to leave from where I was staying in the countryside. The gentleman who ran the bnb was friendly and very courteous, and the place was perfectly comfortable for my needs. The location and price were the selling point - easy access to Trastevere train station, and a (healthy, but very doable!) walking distance to the centre of town for €40+tourist tax.
