"Excellent customer service. Staff did not say room number aloud! Perfectly trained!!!! Staff very helpful and supportive over plane cancellation issue. Accommodated me by giving a first floor room advice elevators were out and I had lots of luggage! Wish the little restaurant had a few more vegetarian lunch/dinner options. Tv options were only average. The shower door wouldn’t stay closed so water went everywhere."
