“We loved our stay at this cottage. Great access to a lot of atv trails, which was our activity while staying. The cottage was quaint, vintage, clean, and cozy. We loved the woodstove and fire place for when we came back from chilly rides. Tim was an excellent host and friendly. He went above and beyond helping to solve a small issue. Due to a breakdown we were not able to ride much of what we wanted so plan to come to the area again and will definately stay here! ”

Beautifully appointed A-frame right on the AuSable river complete with many original features including sinks and tubs and a lovely vintage Tappan electric range with chest height ovens and range that slides in and out. The property was private and peaceful about 25min from town on a little gravel road with a few cabins. “Made the booking and money was collected immediately. Day of stay, never got instructions to check in. Messaged owner - no response. VRBO messaged and called them , no response. Reservation was cancelled by them and I had to find a hotel. 100% scam. Not sure how they are allowed to rent out property. Do not rent from them.”
