About this property

In Tuscany, at the seaside, close to art cities and wineries. Free parking

  • The little town of Castiglioncello, once a set for Macchiaioli's paintings, is a nice, relaxing place. My family owns this apartment from the eighties, and we have enjoyed silence and coolness every summer. This flat have two bedrooms, one with a double bed, the other two single beds; a living-room , a kitchen, a bathroom. You enter from the common garden with a two-ramp stair; another stair inside the flat lead to a storage room. A private parking lot is inside the garden, but you may also easily find a parking nearby. It takes 10 minutes on foot to reach the sea, but on summer there is a public bus service. Rocky beach, blue sea.
