"We stayed here for a weekend while visiting friends in Rota. The room was spotlessly clean and comfortable. No contact with anyone in person, given codes to access the room etc which was fine. its very central and there are plenty of places to get a coffee for breakfast just outside the main entrance. Only issue for us was noisy guests returning at 3am. I would happily stay here again if I was visiting again as it suited us perfectly. "

"The property is large, beautiful, and serene. The front desk was always available, friendly and helpful. There's a couple restaurants on site. Both have great food! The one by the pool is great to hang out and watch your kids swim while you eat. It's right on the beach so you can practically walk out of your room and onto the beach! It's a great place! Will definitely stay here again! "

"Nice hotel & friendly staff. Got here before check in & they held our bags. They even took them to the room before we got back. Staff all very friendly. We had to stay an extra night because our flight was delayed. They extended without any issue and we got to stay in our same room. Housekeeping even brought us extra towels. Had the room with a balcony and it was lovely to open the doors and have the breeze flow in. "

"The hotel itself is fine--polite staff, decent rooms (we were actually upgraded to a better room when we found that ours had two single beds instead of the requested double bed), and a good range of food choices at breakfast/dinner. "We had a very comfortable stay in this charming well located hotel. Staff were very welcoming & helpful. Enjoyed drinks on roof terrace. Didn’t have breakfast so can’t comment. If you’re looking for a big luxury hotel with pool, restaurants etc this is not for you. If you’re looking for character, charm, location & friendliness this is the one. Perfect for us!"
