This was the worst hotel experience I've had. The room had no window, dirty sheets, and a lousy mattress. There were foul smells all over. The only good thing is the location. We booked four nights but left after one night because it was that bad.

I stayed at the hotel during the International Rotterdam Film Festival. Location of the hotel is very convenient and at a walking distance to many of the festival venues. The room was comfortable with new and clean toilet and shower facilities. Room was quiet in the nights. Sound and light proof. My only concern is about the central heating system. It cannot be controlled via the pad in the room. It was a bit warm for me in the nights. Maybe better than feeling cold but still:)) I am satisfied with all the rest. Thanks to the staff as well. They are always ready to help with a friendly attitude.

The room was not clean at all the ground was dirty like no one has vacuumed the ground. The hotel itself also not clean the reception was also dirty. The room was freezing cold! I asked the staff why it’s like this they answered we has a central heating system to all room and you couldn’t control the room temperature! Very very bad

Stopover perfect

Lovely helpful staff. You get exactly what you order, a room with a bed. A basic room with no extras like tea/coffee making equipment. However the bed was very comfortable and the new shower room with powerful shower was top notch. Good for a stopover or 48-hour stay but wouldn’t book a longer break around it.

Fair priced great central located hotel

Cant really fault the H3 Rotterdam considering the reasonably low cost and great central location. We booked a twin room for 2 nights. The room is small but the beds are comfortable, shower is awesome and staff are friendly. It was all about location for us with loads of great bars just meters away and Rotterdam central station a brisk 7-10 min walk.

The staff was great, friendly and helpful. The location was great as well, lots of restaurants, bars and shopping. The only thing not good was the street noise was really bad. I could hear everything. And noise continued on into the early mornings.

Staff very friendly and helpful although I would recommend to avoid rooms facing the front of the property on or around the weekend when the streets below turn into one giant night club and outdoor dining scene. overly noisy.

For me this was for me what I wanted. Close to where I needed to be and a good price. Small, but a clean room. Some noice in the night but no problem for me. And everyone knows that you get what you pay for. The staff was very friendly.
